Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Addison, IL
- Show ability to fabricate or modify equipment using hand tools, such as saws, drills, and grinders.-Detect unusual sounds from machines indicating malfunctions.
- Repair and maintain centrifugal and pneumatic pumps.-Show ability to weld metal parts with either tig or arc.-Complete appropriate documents and necessary paperwork.
- Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.-Be aware of company policy and procedures, including the quality system as defined by QS-9000 and ISO-14001 and outlined in the company's quality and environmental systems policy and procedure manuals.
- Troubleshoot minor electrical problems (blown fuses, shorts, etc.)-GED or High School Diploma-Ability to lift 40 lbs-Prior industrial manufacturing experience-You must be available to work occasional weekends.
The Maintenance Department completes quarterly maintenance during weekends.
